About Us

Pacific Apartment Homes, LLC transforms apartment buildings, built in the 1960’s and 1970’s, and turns them into wonderful living environments. Our goal is to change an existing apartment building, located in a great area, into a boutique living space, with the fit and finish of new construction. Most of our buildings have intimate social areas, such as fire pits, BBQs, and pools. The buildings are located in and around the South Bay area of Southern California and Santa Barbara.
